I'm not opposed to plastic surgery...
in fact, I'm all for it especially after hearing that our ears/noses continues to grow as we age. (E told me that she heard it on Dr. Oz and subsequently sent me this link.) As if graying hair, scarring skin after popping pimples, and *potential* wrinkles aren't enough of a concern!
Depending on how he carries himself, dresses, other proportions of his face, big ears/noses can be endearing on an old man. HOWEVER, big ears/nose on a woman?? Now that's a different story!
