I put my "clothes on a diet".

So hopefully, it looks as though I've been on one too!

I think I heard it on one of those Dr. Oz fashion segments (I know, right?), but the stylist basically told women that in order to look younger, they have to "put their clothes on a diet".  So basically wear tighter.  ass.  clothing.

When it comes to fashion, I can go either extreme, so fitted or shapeless, tunic maxi* territory.  However, I usually don't go tight-tight as I'm conscious of my camel-toe.

Anyway, I just got a pair of J Brand Super Skinny jeans and although they make my legs look thinner, they may be a size too small.  I don't know if it's the mid-rise, but I feel like a stuffed sausage.  Okay, so if women are going 'round wearing tighter clothes, won't they feel fatter and therefore worse about themselves?

Here's to hoping the "super skinny jeans" stretch out...

*  I saw this tunic dress at Zara today, but I was undecided.  It definitely wouldn't be that length on me though, but more of an ankle-skimmer.  I also didn't want to look like a cleric, so I didn't even try it on!
