Can I just patent the idea of a book/blog of real-life complaint letters written by yours truly? :) OR Does this already exist? :( I swear that I'm not one of those chronic complainers who you want to kick in the teeth and personally tell them to shut the eff up. I just hate when the little guy basically gets steamrolled over by corporations who think consumers will just sit 'round and be complacent, complaining in silence. I'm sick of huge telecommunication companies who promise you free phones and then retract their offer*, ridiculous service fees...for stuff that really should be free**, and now places like eBay who claim to be a "safe harbour", but only look out for #1! Rewind to film class, Network, and its famous line, I'M MAD AS HELL AND I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE/that Twisted Sisters song!!! This is one consumer who isn't takin' shit anymore. Actually, I don't think I ever did. * Problem resolved. Thank you, Fido! ** Can you believe Call Display/Call Waiting/Voicemail = $11/month??!! And just Call Display, i.e. shit that should already come with your phone, is $8/month??!! C'mon now, you can do better than that!
