No thanks for sending me a bill, albeit a "nominal" one, for "Hardware Upgrade Administration Fee". Why don't you just call a spade a spade and call it a Bullshit Fee?? It would've been great if one of your reps would have INFORMED me about this charge as opposed to sending off a bill and letting me deal with it.
