Rage Against Suburban Zombie-ism Thursday, March 24, 2011  Cicciolina!(This was one of the few pics that were somewhat SFW in an arty/"I was googling what those '80s dolls were called" sorta way!) Maybe it was at the library, not sure if it was school or public, that I saw a pic of the ravishing creature on the left - not the Popple - in some Italian newspaper and I asked my Italian classmate, "Who's that??" She just responded in a nonchalant manner, "Oh, Cicciolina" [chee-o-leen-ah], as if they knew one another. Even though I was only in grade school, I sorta knew that she was a porn star by her name alone. Did my friend also know? Then again, we grew up with Boy George and we never really questioned him.
