Rage Against Suburban Zombie-ism Wednesday, November 25, 2009 "Your Love Is King" I remember going through a Sade phase. This was back in the day, waaay before I started to drive. I would take my "Best Of" CD, put it into my Discman, hook that up to an adapter, and plug that adapter into the cigarette lighter of my mom's car. If that wasn't old school enough, I'd then force my family to listen to her whenever we had to go anywhere. Ha ha, I trumped everyone since none of my sibs cared about music and I was the eldest! One of my sister's called her "boring", while my mom, loosely translating her Cantonese said that it was reminiscent of a "lullaby". More specifically, she said that it was putting her to sleep. Who the hell plays Sade for their fam? I do! Anyway, as per a source on fb, Sade will be releasing a new album on February 8th, 2010 entitled Soldier of Love. With Sade, it's always about love.
