Rage Against Suburban Zombie-ism Tuesday, July 19, 2011  go to the beach...in this weather??On the news, they were talking about the current heatwave and how beaches in TO are expected to be more crowded this week. Umm...excuse me, WHY?? I dunno 'bout you, but the beach is probably the last fuckin' place that you'd find me. I prefer environments that are heavily climate controlled, a.k.a. air-conditioned, like the mall, café (with free Wi-Fi), Chapters, etc. Why would I want to sit on sand, which conducts heat the same way as asphalt, exposed to the sun?
